Why did we start developing our own products?

Two years of experience in planning and implementing complex projects have led us to significant insights regarding the challenges that advanced technologies pose in the operational field.
We identified significant gaps between technological implementation and the required operational output and experienced with our customers how these gaps negatively impact performance metrics and satisfaction.
Gradually, we found ourselves emphasizing the challenging areas that generally do not receive adequate attention, collaboration and knowledge transfer, reducing representatives' workloads, difficulties in managing a structured process with customers, language barriers, demanding representatives' engineering understanding, multiple screens and systems, and that's just the tip of the iceberg.
We started implementing innovative implementation concepts in existing technologies to reduce the identified gaps and achieved significant successes.
Our products make accessible to customers the experience and knowledge we have gained in providing solutions for operational aspects that do not receive adequate attention in existing technologies.
